Our History

Good Foods for the Grill

We started in this activity the early 70s with small butcher shops in San Vicente, a small town in the south of Buenos Aires, with retail sales over the counter. Later, we began to cut and distribute to other big butchers ,as well as restaurants, hotels and caracters, until we were able to staughter our own productions. years later, we dealt with exports through ships with bolds of non-differentiated products.
In 1992 teh Tiraboschi family acquired Lafayette Meat Processing Plant S.A. (oficial establishment 1122) situated in Capital Federal. Only five minutes away from the port, having excellent and fats logistics for themovement of containers. Today we are after the most demanding consumption needs, incorporating the necessary added value, to cater for the tastes and requirements of consumers from very different cultures all over the Word.

The Butcher’s Story

Choise raw material

Our raw material is raised soely on a base of pastures (grass fed) on the big farms of the Argentine pampas, strictly choosing those producers who follow all the specifications regulated by the SENASA and ONCCA.

Our main feature is the interaction of our higbest executives withthe critical activities of the business. Their rolw is to contributetheir wide experience, complyting with the needs of each of the links is thechain of value and taking decisions in a direct way about the strategies to be debeloped. we rely on a high range quality standard for all the acquired animals, that is why we keep strategic alliances with the main cattle producers in the country, achieving the necessary closeness to abtain homogeneity in the quality of the cattle to be slaughtered.
